Basingstoke Camera Club

E-mail newsletter

Issue No. 42 - May 2010

Welcome to the May 2010 edition of the BCC E-News.

So here we are at the end of another camera club season, but rather than being downhearted we should be looking forward to a summer of photography, producing all those competition winning photographs for next season.

To start you on your way there is the Summer Programme, which will be finalised shortly and published on the web site. We tend to gather informally at an agreed location on a Thursday evening, take some photographs and then finish in the local pub to swap stories and socialise.

The Set Subjects will be decided shortly and again published on the web site as soon as we can so that you can start taking suitable images.

So have a good summer of photography and hope to see some of you on the summer programme evenings.

2010 open opportunities for artists at

Riverside Gallery, Richmond

Picturing Science

4th December – February 2011

Deadline for submissions 23rd October 2010

In 2010, we have further opportunities for you to submit artwork for an exhibition at Riverside Gallery, Picturing Science. · Artists can submit up to 5 original works. Artworks must be submitted as high resolution jpeg files on a CD, with accompanying A4 sized photographic prints or colour printouts. Original artwork will not be accepted.
